Payment Policy

This Payment Policy applies to all cleaning services booked through our website or directly with our
business in Kyle, Texas.

Down Payment

A $100 down payment is required at the time of booking all services through our website. This down
payment secures your appointment and is applied toward the total service cost. The down payment is
refundable only if the service is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Payment Due

Remaining balances are due on the same day services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in
writing.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved electronic payment methods listed during booking or
invoicing.

No Late Fees

We do not charge late fees. However, unpaid balances may result in suspension or refusal of future
services until payment is received.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide proper notice may result in
forfeiture of the down payment.

Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed. Any refunds outside the down payment terms are considered on a
case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Non-Payment

We reserve the right to refuse service for unpaid balances.
